“All In”

 Ephesians. 1-4

“one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all and in all…so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ…we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is Christ.”

Ephesians 4:6, 12, 13, 15

God is fully committed and fully present in our salvation and sanctification journey. He is both “in all” and “all in”. God’s purpose is that we would all, not just a few fully committed missionaries or pastors, but all of us as disciples, become mature in Christ and grow in our faith and knowledge of him. God desires that we too become fully committed to this discipleship journey, and that all of us agree that this is for every disciple of Christ. We too are “all in”. In every area of our lives we are invited to “grow up” into Christ. Those who are “all in” find Christ “in all” things.

“Lord Jesus, just as you are fully committed to me, I am fully committed to you. I am “all in.”
