Forward in Faith

Isaiah 15-18; Hebrews 10 

“For in just a very little while, ‘He who is coming will come and will not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him.’ But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved.”

Hebrews 10:37-39

Are we persevering in the will and love of God while we await his return?

Faith requires choices to believe that God is our Creator, Sustainer, and Savior. When we pay a price for those choices, our faith can either grow stronger, or we can step back in fear.

Which direction will we choose to go today?

For those who live by faith, God promises salvation. Not salvation from suffering, insults, or even loss, but salvation from the power of sin and eternal separation from him. Let’s step forward in faith this day! It’s worth it.
