This is War Like No Other

Ezekiel 36-37; Psalms 110; Revelation 19 

“The Lord will extend your mighty scepter from Zion; you will rule in the midst of your enemies. Your troops will be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy majesty, from the womb of the dawn you will receive the dew of your youth.” [Your young men will come to you like dew].

Psalm 110:2-4

“I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war…He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him…”

Revelation 19:11, 14

Jesus is leading the armies of heaven in the advancement of his kingdom, and the gates of hell will not prevail against his army. We, the Church, participate in this advance by offering our lives to the service of Jesus Christ and his mission to make disciples of all nations. Our weapons are the Word of God, a sword, and the blood of the Lamb, our atonement. We share the word of our testimony, the gospel of our salvation, and we love Jesus more than our lives. We follow the Lord Jesus, the Lamb of God, and the Lion of Judah. Love, humility, forgiveness, and grace will overcome all the power of the enemy. Jesus has won the victory.
